SGB series chain scraper conveyor is widely used to transfer coal gate road, which could also be applied to transfer coal in thin coal seam and medium coal seam.
SGB420/40X, 520/40, 620/80T are derivate products of 620/40T, while main parts could be exchanged with 620/40T, including motor, hydraulic coupling, connection cover, reducer, head chain wheel, blind shaft, round link chain, adapter ring, etc. With same power and installation length, the potential of complete machine is obviously improved, the starting performance is well and is not easy to press chute.
Operation condition of SGB series chain scraper conveyor:
1. Temperature : -10oC~+40oC
2. No gas or steam which might break insulation
3. Work in condition with explosive gas including air mixed with methane, coal, etc.
4. Altitude shall be below 2000m.
5. No drip long time.
