Field:Reversed loader, also called bridge-type trough-scraper reversed loader, is a transforming conveyor, which is widely adopted in international comprehensive coal mine. Structure of reserved loader is kind of similar with scraper conveyor, some of whose components would be commonly used with scraper conveyor. The length of reversed loader is not short, which is easy to move with flexible belt conveyor caused by scraper conveyor on mining face. Reversed loader adopted in fully-mechanized mining face could lift coal materials, which is convenient to load materials to flexible conveyor, and reduce mounting of flexible belt conveyor. Therefore, it increase mining speed and coal yielding, increase coal mine output , create well condition for mining face.
Reversed loader has two structures, assembled by rolled middle trough and whole welded structure, which is mainly used in comprehensive mechanized mining, and transfer coal materials between longwall scraper conveyor and flexible belt conveyor. By reversed loader, successfully avoid frequent move of flexible belt conveyor, thus promote smoothly running of mining face. Scraper reversed loader is composed of middle trough, chain, scraper, and driving section.
